  Purchased new bike here and was very pleased with service. Nathan was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to arrange a test ride (there wasn't a demo bike easily available). He was also a smiling face at the door when I first visited. Initially was going to purchase bike in Bristol but reviews here and Nathan's helpfulness changed my mind. Richard processed final purchase and was also friendly, efficient, and importantly not pushy on finance deals etc which I wasn't interested in. Needed trickle charge cable transferred from old bike, no problem - Richard arranged immediately - even young mechanic who fitted it came out to make sure I was happy. Hopefully not being over glowing here, its early days, but all positive so far.
