  A very frustrating wait of more than 5 minutes whilst three members of staff chatted about shifts and hours before they prepared our drinks. The person serving at the till who heated up our food seems to be working single handedly to deliver the Starbucks' offer here. I don't ever recall an ocassion when food has been prepared and served before the hot drinks were done.

  New decor is absolutely terrible couldn't wait to leave. New teavana is a powdery tasteless mix but the coffee is as always very good. This shop needs make over
