  First class service and always willing to discuss prices so don’t be afraid to ask. Extremely pleasant and helpful team lead by Mark and our build would have been more hassle and more costly without them. They can take a bit of abuse too which is handy in the business… Some suppliers more concerned about their chipped finger nails than getting the right product out to the client on time at the right price. Well done Cwmbran Depot. I note others on this site give poor feedback but it's important to remember clients often want it now and want it cheap but not always know what it is they want. Expectations are sometimes not realistic. I have several times been trying to buy a product only to be recommended and alternative which has saved me money.. Buying building materials is not like buying a TV or a Toaster... Dealing with such a diverse range of products and the vary varied personalities in the building trade takes a god deal of skill and TP staff in Cwmbran Depot for the most part have that. OK not the cheapest but by a country mile the Best Building Suppliers in Cwmbran and Newport area… and trust me I have tried them all! One critisism, HQ could give more support and direction to its staff who perform in spite of rather than becasue of their senior managers. Just my opinion of course!
